Home Visits and Case Management
Our professional staff specializes in ALS care. We visit with patients and caregivers in their homes, offer practical ideas for sustaining their quality of life, and provide information on insurance and healthcare benefits.

ALS United Orange County currently has two general support group held monthly. These support groups are open to PALS (persons with ALS), their families, caregivers and friends.

ALS United Orange County maintains a loan program that consists primarily of used and donated equipment. There is no charge for the loan of equipment.

Transportation Program
ALS United Orange County provides $75 transportation vouchers each way to ALS patients to and from medical appointments. If you need a voucher, please fill out the form below. Questions? Email info@alsuoc.org or call/text 714-285-1088. Transportation requests require a minimum of 5 business days to process. Rides within Orange County only.

Respite Care Grant
ALS United Orange County Respite Care Grant Program assists with the respite care needs of those who care for ALS patients within the organization’s service area. ALS United Orange County assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect patient care.
