ALSUOC Marathon Waiver

By participating in this event, I acknowledge that I do so voluntarily and assume any risks associated with my participation. I hereby waive and release any claims against ALS United Orange County, its sponsors, organizers, volunteers, and staff for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

I also grant permission to ALS United Orange County and event organizers to use photographs, video, or other recordings of this event in which I may appear for educational, promotional, or other legitimate purposes related to the mission of ALS United Orange County.
